How the payment plan works
Total Lifestyle Credit (TLC) are our payment plan partner and specialise in funding medical procedures for Australians. The application takes about five minutes online and is assessed by TLC directly, often the same day. Plans can cover your entire package, flights, your stay, recovery care, and even spending money if you would like. Your interest rate is individual: TLC set it at assessment based on your circumstances, with rates currently starting from 6.3% p.a. for approved applicants. Applying does not commit you to proceeding.
How self-funding works
A 25% deposit secures your booking once your medical profile has been reviewed and approved, nothing is payable before then. The balance follows in stages before you travel: 25% at two months out and the remaining 50% at one month out. Booking closer in? The stages simply compress, 25% then the balance at one month out, or payment in full inside 30 days. Every payment happens on our secure, SMS-verified payment page, and you will see your exact amounts and dates before anything is due.
Completely fine
Keep both doors open. The quickest next step either way is your free surgeon assessment, a surgeon reviews your answers within 24 hours, and payment is only ever arranged after your clearance. You can also combine the two, paying part upfront and financing the balance.
Beyond the three room tiers above, both hotels have larger suites and villas available on request. We'll prepare a bespoke quote — your Client Advisor handles it.
